We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you have a change of mind or someone has purchased something you are unsure of, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
• The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and all tags attached within 30 days of receipt.

• A copy of the invoice is included in return.
• Returns for refund or exchange must be posted to One Name Global, PO Box 145 Doncaster, Victoria 3108 Australia.
• Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of One Name Global.

We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. One Name Global is not responsible for returns that are not received.
Merchandise received by us after the specified return period will not qualify for a refund. In this case, the parcel will be returned to sender.

Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return to receive your refund. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as your payment method at the time of purchase. You will receive an email notifying you once your refund has been processed.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, in original condition with the tags attached and provided with your online purchase receipt.
If you have made an online purchase and wish to return for a refund, your item(s) must be posted to One Name Global, PO Box 145, Doncaster 3108 VIC. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns, unless the garment is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.
Our customer service team are unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail or in person in-store to be processed, in accordance with the process detailed below.
